"We installed a 12,000 BTU split AC system to cool an enclosed balcony in our 70 year old church. The installation was much more difficult than at first appeared. A special drill was rented to bore a 3 inch hole through a full foot of extremely hard brick. This took a couple of extra hours. Then electric connections had to made running about 100 feet through a crawl space crowded with central AC ducts installed by another company. This was extremely difficult and time consuming. When it was all done the entire job took several hours more than projected. Advanced Air stuck by their original estimate even though it was obvious that they lost their profit on this job due to the unanticipated difficulties. The management and workers were careful and respectful throughout the process. The final result was attractive, functional and all the difficulties were out of sight. Great job!!!"

"Anderson Air replaced the heat pump in our old home. The new unit was up running within 24 hours of agreeing to term. The installation was performed exactly how it was described to me. They were very professional and because they did such a great job, I have continued to use them at our new home, which has older units. One unit is a carrier system, which is the same age as the house. It would had some less than stellar repairs done to it previously, so when it broke down again, the job was much worse than I would have anticipated. Nonetheless, AA was able to source the parts necessary and got the job done. I strongly recommend AA for any heating and/or air repairs/installations you might need. PS.
