Out of all the quotes I received Nate Meyer took the time to understand the unique dormer situation on my home, and got onto a ladder to check things out. No one else had done that. He knew exactly what the job entailed so there were no surprises. His price was very competitive. On top of all this, Nate was very timely with all communications and he responded to questions within 24 hours. "J&M Custom provided an estimate with a very detailed description of the scope of work to be performed.  All work was satisfactory completed per the contract.  James Blom was great to work with.  He scheduled his work around my schedule. I'll note that I had complete trust in James; I had no problem letting him work while my wife and I were not home, something I ordinarily wouldn't allow.  There was additional work that needed to be done, such as repairing several sections of HVAC duct.  The cost of the change order was very reasonable.  James' work truck is a hardware store on wheels!  Once he's on the job site, he doesn't have to leave to pick up materials.  I feel fortunate to have discovered J&M Custom Construction.  They have my highest recommendation and I'll definitely be working with them again in the future."

"We are very pleased. We interviewed a number of security companies and received proposals including DIY to the big national and regional companies. I was not satisfied with any of the companies until I learned of 1stSecurity. Their pricing was good, both for the monthly fee ($40) and for the cost of the equipment. The manager, Jeremy, was very open and straightforward. The installer was also excellent. We asked them to install system prior to a trip we were taking in a few days and they met this short timeframe. The installation took 1-2 hours. The equipment we purchased was fairly extensive as we have a fairly large house and we wanted comprehensive coverage. This included 2 glass break sensors, a motion detector, and numerous door and window switches as well as a fire detection monitor. I accidentally set off the alarm and received a call from the monitoring company in under 10 seconds. The control panel for the system is an easy to use touch screen device, similar to an iPad. The system is very capable so you can connect smart devices to it if so inclined. We have been very pleased with the product and service so far (about 2 months)."

"The installation was about a month after the original planned date, reportedly due to bas weather. Once they started it went as expected. Everyone was friendly efficient and professional.

3eHowever a couple of months after it was complete. we began to get a leak. After the original call to C and D. we were promised they would come out the following week - the leak was only a drip at that time, No one showed or called the following week. We called again after not hearing, by this time the leak was much larger and more than a drip and in more than just one place. They Promised again someone would show that week but again no show and no call. This happened again each of the two weeks and by this time furniture and electronics had been affected. Called a couple of individuals and tried to escalate the issue with the company, and after a couple more weeks, finally a tech came out. Once on site the cause of the leak (workmanship) was identified, fixed correctly and we have not had any other problems.

Their knowledge of the product they used seemed quite limited as trying to get an answer on whether or not a wood or pellet stove could be installed throu the ceiling or wall and the method was answered only with they did not know but were aware some customers had done it.
