"Extremely impressed with this company. Had interviewed a number of companies for an A/C replacement, and chose ServiceOne based on their professionalism, the rep's knowledge and thorough assessment of our needs and situation, tech skills and certifications, and fair estimates. They did not disappoint. Their customer service is top notch, from the front office to the representative to the A/C techs. Quality job with our A/C install. Truly a company of integrity. HIGHLY recommend this company for your A/C needs."

"We contacted Matthew Roberts, Inc. to provide a quote on replacing the heat pump at our home. They had been referred to us by friends who recently had a new system installed by them. Luke was very flexible with scheduling the initial visit and was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He wasn't a typical Salesman. I could tell after only a few questions that he was someone who knew how to install these systems. We ended up selecting Matthew Roberts, Inc to perform the installation based upon our evaluation of all competitive bids. Our final decision was influenced by a number of factors, including their competitive position, positive referral, the ability to start within 2 days, and our impression of their company based on the first meeting with Luke. Cory and Garrett showed up on time the first day to install our first unit downstairs. They worked nonstop that day and we were back to cool by dinner time. They were professional, meticulous, and left our space clean and tidy. Cory and Tim showed up on time the second day to install our second unit upstairs. Once again, we were back up and running by dinner time. Our space was undisturbed and all evidence of the construction project removed. Good crews. Behind the scenes, Eileen worked with my wife on scheduling and ordering. She was on top of everything and even came to our house to have us sign the paperwork the day before the work started. After the dust settled and we had time to let the systems settle in, Luke followed up and came out to take care of some loose ends and check everything out. Mr. Roberts even made an appearance to thank us for the business. You're welcome, you and your team earned it. I have already recommended Matthew Roberts, Inc. to four others at work who are also in need of A/C repair and replacement and have no doubt that they will deliver."

"The owner Ken performed the cleaning service. He did a superb job, cleaned up after the service and offered a reasonable price. He also drove to Home Depot and purchased a replacement flexible connector that I needed to upgrade my dryer connection. I am very happy with his service and highly recommend this company. 6 stars!"

"The location of the leak was identified and the proper part was installed to replace the defective one. The gas was also replaced."

"The technical crew was very competent and courteous throughout the install. I would have rated this contractor as 5 stars but the condensate drain line was configured in a way that I could no longer install the access cover to my garage unit. It makes the area look "industrial" which was the purpose for the access cover in the first place. I am still getting used to the Amana Inverter units we ordered. They don't operate like a standard Het Pump which has been a source of frustration. In addition to the new Heat Pump Units, I also installed an in duct air scrubber/purifier. The 3rd party device specified the need for a separate pressure switch to automatically cycle the Air Scrubber as the Air Handler started and stopped. The Service Technician (Rob) worked with Amana for 2 days to find a way to use the Accessory features of the Heat Pump to cycle the Air Scrubber. Rob could have simply sold me the additional switch and walked away but he instead kept working at the problem until he found a really elegant solution. That was very impressive!"

"The best service ever! I was so impressed with the competency, professionalism and customer service Service Star Air Conditioning & Heating Inc provided us! It is so refreshing to find someone who genuinely cares. Thank you, Service Star Air Conditioning & Heating Inc - we are your customers for life!"

"the job started as a repair. the house appears to have been hit by lightning. wires were fried as were the control boards. I watched as Nate troubleshot. after hours I asked for a quote as it was dumb to spend a lot of money on a 12 year old unit. they were able to have a replacement unit installed the next day"

"I had them clear my condensate line on my AC. They showed up on time and did that work sufficiently. All is good on step one. The issue arose when I asked them to do a full maintenance check on my AC/furnace since I had been having intermittent issues with my heating coming on. And, unsurprisingly, they said that the repairs would have been in the thousands of dollars and my only realistic option would be to replace the whole unit. A few days ago I was able to completely resolve my heating issues by Googling the problem and subsequently doing a manual re-start on my Nest smart thermostat. Problem resolved by a flip of the switch and I saved 3K+ dollars by not listening to their expert advice. So, my only recommendation to anyone reading this is to ensure that when you hire big commercial AC company repair companies like Enoch, go into it with your eyes wide open. They do not pay a bunch of money for leads because they want to repair your system. That is simply the excuse to get their foot in the door. They want to find an older unit and sell you a new AC unit every time if possible. That is where the big bucks are in this business, not in repair. By and btw, I am confident that they would do a great job installing new systems. But there is little regulation of this industry and no incentive for them to just fix the issue and buy you another few years when they could cash in by telling you that your issue is beyond repair. Notice how most of their reviews here are about installing new units. That is because that is primarily what they advise everyone to do; And people trust them. Here is my expert consumer advice: 1. NEVER buy an AC/heat pump from the initial company that comes out to repair the unit and then tells you that you have no choice but to replace your unit. All you are doing is incentivizing bad behavior. 2. Get a second opinion from another AC company. If they diagnose the exact same thing, then ask for a full replacement bid. Then, advise them that they are competing. 3. Come back to Home Advisor and post that you need a new AC/heat pump and provide the exact size and model number. Then collect the bids, check previous reviews to ensure the company is reliable, and then select the most inexpensive offer. If you make them compete, you will typically save somewhere between 30-40% of replacement costs. Good luck but BUYER BEWARE."

"Friendly, effective and efficient, reasonably priced. What more could one ask for? How about prompt, profession. Still want more? The day of our install Alex was mentoring a young man who's considering going into the HVAC trade. Got to love a business that gives back and invests in the future."

"Went Exceptionally well, Got several bids and Monarch by far the lowest. They also include replacing copper lines as part of the bid because it is a better way of doing things (other quotes did not). Got a great reasonable price, but was wondering about installation since that can make or break any system. Could not have been happier with crew that installed. Experienced, professional and friendly. Did the little extra things (like vacuum out the install area). Definitely knew what they were doing. Shawn very easy to deal with and came out to check on progress. Got a programmable thermostat to boot. Surprisingly positive experience--would highly recommend."
