I requested multiple quotes, David was not the cheapest or most expensive, but he was by far the most thorough in his review of what I needed. "From initial contact with their sales department we've had a great experience, Corey did an excellent job of taking pictures and showing the problems in our attic. Their level of communication from emails to phone calls was precisely correct by contacting me when needed and not too much with pictures detailing each solution and its associated cost. On the first work day their crew called ahead of time, arrived promptly and came prepared with masks, plastic sheeting, full body outfits and cloth covering for the stairs. In just over 6 hours they had cleaned up the entire attic removing bad sub-floor and other insulation, laid out the foundation for building a large deck space and placed part of the first layer of materials down. They also sealed the attic door along with some of the air vents and ceiling fans. They completed insulating my front porch overhang and cleaned up all of their mess very well. Painters tape was used on corners where they we’re most likely to bump into it for protection and plastic sheeting was setup precisely where needed to keep dust off of our hallway things next to the attic entrance. Overall it was a great first day and they even spotted an issue from a previous vendor who failed to properly connect some of their duct work together (which was the original cause of my daughter’s room temperature being so hard to control the temperature and not easy to spot). The only complaint I have is that while I fully expected the need to finish our attic sub-floor, remaining layers of TruSoftTM Cellulose on the main floor and encapsulate the duct lines with Polyurethane Spray Foam all before finishing with blown-in insulation, they left a key piece incomplete. When leaving they left the duct work leading from our main trunk line to my daughter’s room off. This left a hole in the main trunk line reducing heat in all upstairs rooms but most important is that nothing was connected to my daughter’s room. So around 6:00am she woke up coughing as we noticed the upstairs was around 56 degrees. Overall a simple heads up would have solved everything as we have space heaters, however I did not look into the attic when they left so that’s my fault for not knowing a key piece of the duct line was missing. Based on the overall work complete I would still very much recommend them as Robert (onsite team lead) was very good at communicating and the crew we’re all quite friendly. Their work will last for the lifetime of my house and has already added value to the sale price. In the end they made a really nice attic deck leaving me with plenty of useable storage space. While this is not the cheapest company, the quality and knowledge that I never need to worry about my attic again is certainly worth it."

"I don't write reviews but I am making an exception in this case. Paul Henry installed our windows (20) in 2014. We had several of the windows made lower (expanded) as well. Five years since, I could not be happier. They gave the option of spray foam insulation around the window casings to help with drafts from original construction. What a difference. Not at all pushy and not the cheapest but boy was it worth it."

"We've used them for years. They installed our A/C years ago. We have a contract with them and they come out twice a year to check it and clean what needs cleaning and tell us what's going on. We love them, they are pretty far away from us but they always come in a real timely manner. They are very nice and very thorough. We always see the same 2 people, one or the other, so they know our air conditioner very well and know what to look for.  <br /> <br /> They do a really thorough job both inside and outside, just awesome. If we have anything wrong we call them because certain things are covered in that contract. They never leave us in the lurch, ever. <br /> <br /> There are some that are cheaper but they don't include as much. I know we are pretty far out of their area but they always make an effort to meet our needs."

"Same-day estimate was provided by Jay who happened to be in the area the day I called. He went through what they typically install and the amount of insulation recommended for the area and provided a written estimate. Installation was performed on the scheduled data, installers arrived within the time window specified. In fact, they arrived about 15 minutes from the start of the time window (about 10:15am) and apologized for being a bit late because they blew a tire on the way there (had to have a repair truck come while they were working)! Installers were very professional and courteous. Installation took only about 1 hour and they did a very good job of keeping the area clean. There was some vacuuming that was needed afterwords, but much less than I expected given how much mess insulation has been for me in the past. I would definitely recommend and use Carroll Insulation again."

"Mike arrived within the scheduled window. Had all equipment in tow. For Covid he wore gloves & we social distanced in the garage. Have a townhouse so he walked around to get to the work outside. Found a weakening capacitor in the electrical box, discussed the pros & cons of leaving it as is or replacing. Choose immediate replacement - had the part on the truck - took only a few more minutes to repair & to do a recheck on the reading. We used an agreed "covid19" signature on his IPad so that I didn't not have to touch it. I am a question as the tech works person and Mike was able to answer all clearly. I have used IAQ Medics for several years now, they also installed a humidifier on the furnace, and I have always been pleased with their service and professionalism. Recommend the yearly maintenance program which has not gone up in price in the several years I have had a "membership"."
