He also came back to repair our heating unit. For the AC installation, his price was reasonable but the service and quality was top notch. He recommended us the appropriate brand that does the same work unlike 99% other vendors who recommend either the most expensive one or the ones sitting on their inventory warehouse. Cesar and his team are thorough and you can tell Cesar is in charge and the work gets done. We also have an old heating unit and I thought it was a quick fix but he came in and spent 1.5 hours with no complaints and explained everything like a professor. Please note that Gold Medal was the ONLY company to respond to my request. I have used them a number of times in the past and my remarks above were fairly in line with past services.
