Benchmark was punctual, and repaired the broken spring on the 16x8 overhead door. informed them that one of the lights was not

working on the opener. They checked it out and repaired the socket. Greased and adjusted all doors. They were very professional

and the total job did not take them more than one hour.

"Shotty work from another contractor from the previous owners of this house left us with leaky windows a few weeks after we moved in. When I called them to revisit their work, it was clear they had no idea what they were doing.  They never caulked around the windows after putting them back in and did a sloppy job after I called them back over.   I called LDS and even though their schedule was super busy, he squeezed me in the next day to at least take a look at the issue. Ronnie knew right away that they used the wrong caulk.  Since he wasn't able to see what the previous contractors did to the windows, Ronnie caulked around the windows with the proper materials hoping that would resolve the leaking issue.  Had a minor smaller leak several weeks later when the temperatures dropped and Ronnie came back over to touch up weak areas.  So far, we haven't had any more issues but I feel confident that if we did, LDS would come back out to do the necessary repairs.  Great communication and reliable service, would definitely call again.

"It went flawlessly. Their sales rep came out promptly when agreed upon, followed up right away with cost options, and the work was installed exactly as expected and on time. Our existing garage door operator even worked better (meaning quieter) when they were done! A reliable company, good product, good service. "Mal, the owner, delivered as promised. He had a team of two men perform the installation. They took their time and did a fine job. Their were some extras and they did a good job on them as well. While the workers were very skilled, Mal frequently visited the job site and made certain everything was going according to plan. I'm not a siding expert, but I wanted to be sure all aspects of the installation were being done properly so I asked a lot of questions. The guys were always ahead of me and patiently answered my many, many questions. Neither Mal or the workers ever seemed to take shortcuts or skip agreed upon extras, which so many other contractors do, One thing that appears to be unique about Mal's installation is the way he profiles the doors and windows. Every piece of metal is painstakingly bent before installation resulting in a rich look to the trim. The man who does it is an artist with a break. They did one side at a time, which I appreciated, and while my home was definitely a job site, they kept supplies reasonably neat. After the job was completed, the dumpster and leftover supplies were quickly removed leaving almost no mess for me. I had the job done because, while maintained, my 40 year old cedar was starting to show it's age. I personally don't think siding adds much to a house, but I was amazed at how many people walking by commented on how nice the new siding looks. I would use Mal again."

"These guys are excellent. Their estimate was accurate and fair. We looked at four different companies and this is the only one that assessed the problem correctly. We had exterior French doors installed by another contractor and he did damage to the door, and it wouldn't close correctly. We had to deal with this for six months before giving up and hiring these guys. They started the job ahead of schedule and did very nice work."

"The company said they would arrive between 10 and noon and they arrived a little before 11. Knew exactly what was wrong within minutes and gave me a quote for fixing the spring on the garage door which was broken. Door was a two car door, so there were two sprints. Both springs were replaced. According to the internet their quote was within the range that was expected for such work. The work was finished in about 30 to 40 minutes. Excellent service would recommend them for your garage door needs and I would hire them again."

"Very well done. Responded quickly to a small caulking miss after work was done and payment was made. Their storm door product (ProVia) costs a bit more than big box storm doors but feel I got more for the money as well. Will of course know their true durability only after many years have passed but product certainly looks and feels sturdier than my old Larson doors which themselves weren't bad."
