"Terrific experience. Scheduling was easy. My technician, Guy, gave me a call ahead of time, hit the time he said he'd be here and was courteous and efficient. I ran a large mechanical contracting business for years so understand this business. Guy ran through his checks on what is a fairly complex home system. He pointed out problems that were minor, major, or had the potential to be major. We discussed options and timing. Since our system is old, it will be difficult to repair some of the parts and pieces while others would be fairly standard. We may want to look at a new system this summer to avoid a major problem during a future heating season. I will definitely be talking to Sila."

"I am a long time customer who pays Rodenheiser a monthly fee which covers annual maintenance and some priority in the event of any necessary repair required. I had an a/c compressor failure. I had to wait 3 weeks to have a technician visit and tell me that the unit’s motor was dead and the compressor needed replacement. Then, after ordering a new compressor, which was available within 3-4 days I was scheduled for an installation 3+ weeks later. I had to complain strenuously and threaten to cancel the order to get the installation moved forward to within 10 days. Apparently being a long time customer and paying a monthly fee for better service means absolutely nothing. The installation went well. Not sure about future relationship."

"New England Tank Services is tops in their industry! My oil tank started to leak after I had it filled by my oil delivery company and now I had the problem of replacement. I called my regular oil repair service and they told me they could not touch it for a few weeks??? They quoted me a price which I accepted, but still, a few weeks away for service and the odor of oil was not pleasant. It was Saturday, mid morning and I started to search oil tank replacement on the internet. I live on Cape Cod and there were not a lot of choices. New England Tank  Service came up on a Google search and on Angie's list with good reviews. I called hoping someone would answer the phone on mid-day Saturday and they did. I spoke with Paul McGowan,  he asked me a few questions and gave me an estimate over the phone. He also emailed me the estimate a few minutes later and his price was right in line with my oil service company. what is even better is he could schedule me to perform the service in 4 days, yes , Wednesday was my replacement day. He scheduled me for Wednesday at 1:00 PM and he arrived on time. It was Paul and Varnie who came to my house to remove and replace my FULL oil tank. There is a lot of work involved in this job, they made it look easy. Paul and Varnie know what they are doing, they make this job look easy, it is beacause they have experience which is invaluable. The whole job was done in a little over 2 hours with no mess, perfect clean-up and Paul's quote price was honored (it was actually $100.00 less). Paul and Varnie are pleasant to have in your home and their quality of work is second to none. I am happy I chose Paul's company to take care of my problem. Paul, you and Varnie are TOPS!  Thank you again."

"I called the company based on other reviews. They were courteous, pleasant and helpful on the telephone and I got an appointment within a couple of days. The technician, Nicholas, arrived promptly and covered his work area with a drop cloth. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part on hand for the repair. He said he could reposition the logs correctly with no problem. He also cleaned and reconditioned the entire log set, both sets of glass and the entire back of the unit. He vacuumed the entire area before leaving. The fireplace looks FANTASTIC and operates perfectly. The attention to detail and pride in his workmanship that Nicholas brought to his job is extraordinary. I've already recommended him and the company to a family member and they are wonderfully pleased, also. I'd rate my whole experience A+++!"

Peter and his partner were conscientious of not tracking in dirt and snow and cleaning up their work space. They were also wonderful with my chatty three year old. I would have no hesitation in using this company for such services in the future, or in recommending it to others.
