"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. "Repair was done on my daughter's car who is in college in California, I live in Colorado. The owner spoke with me on the phone prior to doing the repair to explain issues with car. His assessment was consistent with the problems my daughter described to me. The price was very reasonable for all the parts and labor. The job was completed quickly and they stayed past closing until my daughter could get there to pick up car. They accepted my payment over the phone and offered to check her fluids and inspect car periodically in the future for free. I think you will be very satisfied using this garage as this and other reviews have clearly shown.

Thermostat screen went blank-furnace and A/C wouldn't come on

Chris arrived within 1 hour of my call and checked the furnace first. He found a blown fuse and no power to low voltage wires inside the unit. He then checked the thermostat and found it was no longer working. Chris replaced the fuses and the thermostat with a similar unit and tested the entire system. He then checked my A/C unit for Freon levels and found and repaired a wire that had come loose.

Chris was very pleasant to work with and explained what he was checking and why as he went along. He explained how the new thermostat worked and provided me with both the installation and operating manuals. Great service!
