Could not be happier with my experience. They called us right away and came out to look at what needed to be done and gave us a quote on the spot. Response from Company:
Originally during our conversation you said that you had a roof leak in the bathroom, where the plumbing stack is located. Upon our inspection we found that the rubber flashing on that stack wasn't looking good. We inspected that area and dint find anything other than the flashing to cause that leak. We went inside and found some drops of water along the PVC pipe. The rule is that we roofers repair in the first place things that are in bad shape and may be associated with the leak. It was at the very end when you mentioned that it is leaking only during cold mornings. In that case the cause of the issue may be connected with condensation and improperly insulated attic; warm air escaping to the attic, clogged soffit vents ,etc. or the pipe being not connected properly at connection point in the attic. Some of these issues may be in the field of heating and cooling or insulation not roofing. I would appreciate a call before posting anything. I am willing to help you Sir with anything that lies in the field of roofing or point in the right direction if it is not related with our job. Vald Roofing LLC
