Jim was on time for the appointment for removing my main line sewage blockage. Jim's estimate was on target and didn't exceed his original quote. My lateral line to city sewage was blocked at approximately 125 feet. A sewer auger I rented only went to 100'. Jim used a high pressure water jet that had a reach of at least 500 feet. The backwash was minimal (1-2 gallons) to my suprise, as I was expecting a lake of sewage for the procedure. Jim also recommended I call the city sewage dept to advise them to remove the "mud" he flushed from my lateral so it wouldn't plug the city side of the drain line so as not to cause me problems later. 5 Stars.

Overall they took care of the repair....had to have them back about 2 days later to fix the fix.....but they stood behind they're work.......I'd have to rate them as good for that

Jim arrived on time and was finished quickly. This was a job to clean out corrogated rain drains that run under the lawn to the street. I had hired another plumber but they sent a kid with a snake who showed up late. No warranty. Jim showed up dressed professionally with the right tool to do the job and a one year warranty. I'm very happy.
