"Zac called me within 5minutes of me speaking to the call center. He arrived alone when he said he would. We have a well cap that is underground so it must be dug up. Unfortunately I could not remember the exact location so he dug for more than an hour. Finally my husband said to move down the path more Zac found my sons helped remove the 3 foot round concrete cover and pull the pump. Zac did all the work needed and put the pump back . He did above and beyond for us in the rain. Would definitely recommend them."

"He came be ause I had someone else replace my well pump and still had no water. He showed up on time and checked everything. He had to pull the pump again and it ended up being the wiring. He ran the wire the whole length of the pipe,at least 300 feet or more. Then pump the pump back in the ground. He installed a gauge on my water tank and made sure we had water before he left. All this in the humid weather that day. He was very nice and knowledgeable. And very professional. Would definately use him again."

"My well pump pressure tank needed service and I called Friday and Barbara was very professional and eager to help. She took the time to understand the issue and even reviewed the pictures. Barbara is very passionate about her job. She was able to schedule for Saturday. Dave came out. He called to let me know that he was on his way and let me know when he will arrive. "Robert Boccia, the owner of the company, came to my rescue within about an hour of when I called. A rental property had a complete blockage in the waste line. He rearranged his schedule so they could do the line replacement the next day. His crew began working around 9am. The waste lines for all the other houses in the neighborhood line up with the front bedroom window. That also lined up with where waste water lines were found in the house. The crew worked hard to minimize damage to the tree that my late father had planted and loved. When, after several attempts, the waste line couldn't be found, calls were made to the City offices to determine where the line actually was. While time and effort could have been saved by calling ahead, in most cases, it wouldn't have been necessary because waste lines are typically buried in a predictable fashion. My house proved to be the exception. Finding out where the waste line was actually located turned out to be good news and bad news. Instead of being to the left of the walkway to the house, it was on the right UNDER a concrete parking pad. This significantly changed the scope of the job. Again, the crew found a solution that minimized damage: instead of breaking up the entire parking pad to dig out the old line, they took out the rightmost portion of the pad, which, happily, came away cleanly, and dug a trench to the right of the clogged/collapsed portion of the line. They found the waste line close to the house, attached new pipes and then ran a new line to the right of the old line, essentially doing a bypass. I had previously spoken to another company about my waste line problem, and they didn't know their right hand from their left. I'm so glad I called Glenoak Plumbing to do this job. It needed to be done immediately and correctly. It was."

"Everything went well. This is the third time we have used Mr. Fama. It's really nice to have someone you can rely on to be on time and do the job and know everything will done well. I use our storage room to pot plants etc. Unfortunately the only sink on this lower floor is a shallow sink in the bathroom and have to carry dirty pots etc. upstairs. They arrived on a very rainy day and covered all our floor with protection before starting. The sink was placed near the water pipe and a cabinet had to be moved. They moved the cabinet and installed the sink to a spot nearby. Removed boxes from that area and placed the cabinet there, next to the sink. They cleaned up and left the area spotless."

"As the job was unfolding, it was discovered the main water line crossed over the sewer line. Thus, the water line had to come out so the sewer could be accessed. The water line was about 4 ft in the ground and the sewer line was about 4 plus feet under it. The price includes replacing both lines. $5,500 for the sewer and $1,400 for the water. The camera video was included in the sewer line price."
