"My husband and I wanted to build a new 3 season porch to replace our deck that failed. We interviewed 3 companies to perform the work. We choose Durable Remodeling. Dean Willette discussed the project taking the time to understand what were the key aspects of the project. He then discussed the options that were available to so we were able to make informed decisions throughout the process. The quote was very competitive. Since the deck would cover the outside entrance to our basement a trapdoor needed to be built into the floor. The drawings our architect drew had a spot for the door but the design would have been too heavy to open. Dean designed the door so it was both structurally sound and functional. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and professional. The team showed up when committed, the team was knowledgeable and respectful. I always had a way to get in touch with someone to discuss any concerns I may have. When the work finished my house looked fabulous! The work was top notch. "We hired Superior Kitchen and Bath to replace our existing bathroom and bathtub with a completely new bathroom with a walk in shower.  They were selected based on their very detailed cost estimate that demonstrated that they were experienced professionals and knew exactly how to approach this project.  The work involved demolishing the entire bathroom, expanding the bathroom area by taking an adjacent closet, relocating the air stacks, relocating the bathroom door to allow for expanding the shower area. After reframing for a new ADA compliant walk in shower, new plumbing and electrical connections were made and a new vanity, toilet and tiles, and plaster completed the project.  The end result was excellent.   Jane and Brandon and their team did a fantastic job.  They worked very closely with us throughout the project to make sure the vision we had for our new bathroom met our expectations.  I highly recommended this company for anyone considering remodeling their bathrooms

"The work completed we excellent and the installers were professional and thorough.  The only thing preventing an all "A's" review was some scheduling/responsiveness mishaps - bought off a deal that was fully subscribed, so it took a little longer than I expected to get the new doors installed.  In the end though, work was done well, and I am very happy with the overall product.

"Over Thanksgiving Saturday of 2013 one of our technicians stopped by my office to pick up equipment.  He called me to say that the picture window in the rear of the office had been smashed and the office was vandalized.  I called the police first and on my way to the office called Rich to ask for his help.  Rich showed up within the hour with plywood and hardware to secure the building.  I don't know what I would have done without his help.

2-3 days later he delivered and installed a new window.  He was careful and cautious when installing the new window so that no additional carpentry or painting was necessary.  He also cleaned up all glass and disposed of the old window.

I had to take pictures of the damage because Rich was able to fully repair it before the insurance adjuster could get there!  Also his repair was perfect to the point where without the pictures, the adjuster would not believe that it was not the original window.

I would not hesitate to recommend him.  He is reliable, does excellent work, and responds immediately.
