"The biggest obstacle was scheduling.  The Angie's List confirmation email did not include the instruction to schedule on the Flow-Rite web site.  It took 3 or 4 emails to clarify that which delayed getting the work scheduled. 
The replacement parts worked fine with the exception of some excess plastic on the valve which prevented a tight seal and thus lead to a running toilet.  It took a few minutes with the razor blade to cut the excess off and allowed the seal to form properly.  This probably should have been done by the installer.

In this case we had just at our water main changed which cause sediment to clog fixtures and kill water pressure. "The septic tank was pumped satisfactorily. The problem we had was that our gate and latching mechanism were damage by his employee doing the work. We were told that the gate was damaged. We called Mr Andrews after we discovered that gate was damaged. Mr Andrews told me that his employees were independent contractors and were responsible for any damages that occur. Mr Andrews asked me to send him pictures and a description of the damage. He said he would have his independent contractor contact me to resolve the issue. To date we have not heard from his independent contractor or Mr Andrews to resolve the issue The company does a good pumping your septic tank but doesn't take care of any damages that they cause. "I could not be more pleased!!!!!!!!! First of all they go beyond the state of professionalism. The salesman came to do interview on a broken ankle!!!!! Then even with all this snow, they kept the appt to install and arrived on time today to install and of all that I priced Butler water system cut their cost in half!!!!!!!!!! The installer was professional, safe and quick. I will never use anyone other than Butler Water Systems to take care of my water filtration needs. They exceeded my expectation!"

"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."

They were able to install a high quality vapor barrier, foam board insulation around the border of my crawlspace, as well as a sump pump (his recommendation) in a matter of 2 days and did a wonderful job. "Fairly well but they didn't communicate well with me.  They left and never followed up with me although I thought they were going to.  I had family in house while they were working but I was at work.  My family told me they would come back or call but no one every contacted me again.  They did a sloppy job of the digging the drain.  Instead of cutting the sod out and replacing it over the digging area, they just dug and left open dirt there making the yard look bad.  I needed more drains attached to gutters and buried but no way I would hire them to do it they way the did the original work.
