I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

Overall, he did an okay job, but there were lights that were installed in closets. He had someone that he subcontracted to come in and help him and he had this guy work on the lights in the closet with no direction. I was not asked to remove anything from the closet and there was nothing draped to protect anything in the closet and there were plaster ceilings. This guy was drilling and we had to send stuff to cleaners and still find plaster dust everywhere."
