"We recently had our HVAC system replaced by CoolRay Heating and Air and were extremely pleased with the entire experience. Mike Ritchey, our sales representative, conducted a thorough evaluation of our existing system and clearly presented several replacement options tailored to our needs. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and worked diligently to provide a competitive and fair price. The installation was led by Rollin Tappin, who, along with his team, demonstrated professionalism and care throughout the process. They completed the work safely, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. The new system is functioning perfectly, and we greatly appreciate the high level of service delivered by both Mike and Rollin. We would confidently recommend CoolRay Heating and Air to anyone in need of HVAC services."

"the installer was a professional ion every way."

"We have used other companies for services but when it came to replacing both A/C units we went with Ragsdale and we are very pleased. They are polite and professional. Highly recommend them for your home or business."

"This company is very reliable and knowledgeable. They are also very trustworthy and courteous. This is a very friendly company to work with and they are reasonably priced. They are very easy to get in touch with and will respond immediately to your calls or emails."

"Donna and Jeff (owners) were hands on supervisors. They both patiently answered lots of questions and provided recommendations and resources out of their scope of business.  I felt confident that Jeff and Donna knew their business well and that my best interests were being well served.  I feel confident that they will respond quickly to any questions that I may have in the future regarding this project.  I would recommend them without any reservation.  I felt like I was fairly treated and charged a fair price for their services and the system installed.  Stated scheduled was maintained with proposed start and completion dates.

"Awesome! AC, Furnace and Hot Water Heater were all replaced. They were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Also extremely neat. When they were finished with the job, you'd never have known they were here. Plus our electric bill has gone down considerably. Would highly recommend Zac and his crew."

"THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROFFESIONL INSTALERS TOLD US ABOUT WHAT STEPS THEY WERE TAKING AND WHY PUT MY SYSTEM IN 1 DAY LEFT JOB CLEANER THAN BEFORE THEY GOT HERE. PRICE WAS NOT HIGHEST OR LOWEST .CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE BIG DEAL BREAKER. THEY ALREADY HAVE MORE WORK IN THE NIEHBORHOOD"

"Phil's team did a great job. They were punctual. They kept their work area clean, and left the place looking like it did before they came. The guys were professional, and Phil followed up with me at my home after the install to do a final inspection of the work. Phil got me significantly increased air flow for a marginal additional cost. This was probably the best part of the service. He understands how to maximize the system. I will definitely use Energy Sharks in the future, and I have already recommended them to others."

"Jamey was consistent with pricing from the first conversation I had with him. No changes to the quote during the install. Very polite and professional."

"New installation went well. I was a little upset that only 50% was covered being that the unit was 19 years old. I'm sure that parts for something that old would be hard to find. Replacement was recommended."
