"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

It was good. It has been a while back, it has been several years ago. Maybe 2 or three years. They did it for me for a customer. I am a contractor. I was fine with it, but the customer was not happy with it. The customer was unhappy, I think, with the attitude of the installers. He was saying they had to be paid to be paid that day, yet they were late getting there. They got there and she was not going to pay them before they did the installation. The end customer was not me, but the end customer was not happy at all. They did come back, and I think they sent another crew. The installation was fine and everything worked well. The end of it worked out well, but it was the initial attitude of the first crew they sent over, if I remember correctly. The price was fine; there was no problem with the price. They did a great job on quality.  What caused the problem was that they did not show up when they said they would. They did not show up when they said they would; they showed up at the end of the day. Their professionalism was average.

"Better than expected. Phil was the only contractor that responded AND came to my house on the same day that I called all the other contractors. He provided me the potential problem for my heat pump issues on the phone that eventually was confirmed during his initial visit and then during disassembly of the old duct system. He was very helpful in providing me additional savings and existing tax credits for the Attic Breeze vent system installed including for the heat pump providing me with the forms. Swift service done on a short time from initial call to complete installation (less than 1 week and completed installation in 7 hours). "I believe they did a GOOD job at a FAIR price, which I appreciate. I specifically asked to make sure that the technician would be wearing a mask (during a pandemic that has killed over half a million Americans). They said that he would (he wore a gaiter, which is fine). But during part of the time, he had his gaiter off, and no other mask, standing maybe 7 and a half feet away from me, talking to me while I was, at his request, looking at my computer screen to see if I'd gotten the invoice that had been sent by his office. Man, I sure hope he wasn't an asymptomatic carrier, because if he was, I might be toast (I can't NOT LIVE in my house for three days). Is it really THAT hard to keep a mask on for 25 minutes, when someone's life could depend on it? Frankly, I'd rather pay a little more and be GUARANTEED that he'll keep it on! I **DON'T KNOW** whether I'd use them again or not. I'd be inclined not to, unless no other company with a decent rating is available. But Angie's list **FORCES YOU* to say whether or not you would use them again, and at least in this case it's not as simple as "Yes" or "No." *Maybe* I will, but I'd be inclined to try elsewhere, at least as long as this pandemic is raging."
