"I highly recommend Parham Masonry for any masonry needs you might have. In our particular case the project was a fireplace wall and hearth repair. The work was completed quickly and with quality. I will work with this company again in the near future. My criteria for making this recommendation follows. First the initial impression of company was very positive. Allen, the owner, came out to review the work required. He was very personable, and patiently listened to my description of the work I wanted performed without rushing. I was pleasantly surprised when one of the things Allen mentioned was that he does not collect any money until the job is completed. This is speaks very well for the company. This tells me two things. One, the company is confident they will deliver a quality job to the customer's satisfaction. Two, the contractor is on sound footing and is not existing job to job. This alone is rare to find as most contractors will typically want 50% of the cost before the job is even started. Cost - Out of the four estimates I obtained Parham's was the best, and was most in line with what I thought the actual work merited. Work - When they arrived to perform the repair the appropriate measures were taken to protect the floor and keep the dust localized to the work area. When the work was completed the area was cleaned up. The quality of the work was excellent. Overall it was a positive experience. I will not hesitate to call Parham Masonry for additional work in the future."

"They gave me an amazing quote and were very responsive. Water proofed my basement walls from the outside, put a perimeter drain, and tuck pointed from the inside. They were very trustworthy and did all work while i was away on the job and kept me appraised with text and pictures. Even after the work was done I could call and ask for help. "Explained project to them over the phone and sent them pictures. They made an estimate and I hired them. They showed up on time. Their equipment looked good and well taken care of. Three workers to replace some siding and trim around a large 2nd story window. One of the workers was new. As they worked they made sure the new guy was involved and they coached him how and why to do it correctly. This showed me that the individuals and the company are conscientious about good quality work. During the work they found additional water damage. They showed me pictures on their phones, put me in touch with their office for a new estimate of increased cost. Very fair pricing. Job was completed on time and quality of work is excellent. I was outside watching the entire time and they explained to me as they went what and why they were doing things. I never once heard any foul language, inappropriate jokes or remarks. I would definitely hire them again, and I highly recommend them."
