"We found Giant Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling here on Angie's List.  Doug scheduled a convenient time with us to replace our water heater.  He gave us a price ahead of time for his services and did not upcharge for anything.  He arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable, as well as friendly.  He was very detailed in explaining everything and even gave advice on other plumbing topics where we had concerns.  The expense of our particular water heater was more than the average electric or gas water heater because we had the power vent model.  Our old water heater was a State brand and we were very satisfied as it lasted us for 12 years, and he replaced it with a new State model, so we were very satisfied with that as well.
We found out he also services furnaces and air conditioning so we will also request his services for them when we need them because we feel he is reliable, knowledgeable and professional.  We would recommend him to anyone looking for the services he provides.

"i was pleasantly surprised that they were available to work on new years eve (which was very convenient for me). it happened to be only about 20 degrees outside and i had some outdoor light fixtures to be replaced. i offered to let them do that on a warmer day, but they cheerfully did it anyway!
about 5 minutes before they arrived my daughters who were home for the holiday informed me the toilet in their bathroom wasn't working. not something i wanted to deal with on a holiday...but galen and his co-worker said no problem and fixed that too!

"I called this morning as we had a leak and they came out 45 minutes later and checked it and repaired the leak. All told from my first call to getting the work done was less than three hours. Chris was very professional and friendly. He explained the problem and what he planned to do to fix it and told me how much it would cost. He went up on the roof and fixed it and then came back down and showed me pictures of the problem. This was a patch that will keep the house dry for the winter, and I will be calling these guys in the spring to completely replace the chimney cap.

"The provider did a very good job, but the cost was more than anticipated.  The $69 special was only for 1 main duct system, and according to the provided we had 2 main ducts.  But otherwise the experience was positive.  We would consider using the provider again in the future.
