"Our central air conditioning unit stopped working on a weekday afternoon and the indoor temperature quickly rose to 85 degrees. I called Ragsdale's emergency service after hours. A real person took my information and a service tech called me back within 20 minutes to say that he would be at my house that night. He showed up on time and was courteous and very professional. My unit is 18 years old and had not been cleaned in several years. The tech replaced the capacitor and fan motor, added coolant, cleaned the coils, checked pressure and performed several tests. Repair and clean up took about 90 minutes. He explained to me what he was doing on each step, told me the available repair options and their costs, and gave me pointers on how to spot a faulty unit. Our A/C now blows out colder air than prior to repair. I was very happy with the service and would definitely hire them again."

"My heat pump had a Freon leak. The technician discussed the options. I later decided to replace the unit. Estes did the work. I have used them for many years. I have been very happy with their service."

"Went well. The attic stairs we’re broken while removing / installing new furnaces. Dayco without any delay ordered new stairs to be installed. We had an issue with not using material to cover hardwood floors and did get some small scratches. We did review this complaint and they did offer to send a flooring co to repair"

"Had an issue where my upstairs A/C wasn't cooling. The tech showed up on time and checked all of my equipment and couldnt find a reason why it wasnt working. Didnt try to sell me a new unit or replace parts that werent broken. My A/C is working now with no problems. I would highly recommend!"
