"Willy was extremely thorough in troubleshooting potential causes for the lack of heat coming from my heater. He progressively eliminated the thermostat and multiple other components before concluding the heater was having air flow issues and had been repeatedly overheating. He educated me along the way about how to decipher heater status codes, what the heater behavior told him as he was trying different things, what he believed the problem was, and what options I had. He also educated me about filters and suggested I use a more porous filter, despite my allergies. "Christopher was very courteous and knowledgeable. Instead of just installing the shut-off valve, he inspected downstairs to see if there was a shut-off valve located elsewhere. He discovered that there was one and therefore, did not need to install another one. He even offered to speak to the gas dryer delivery guys to ensure that they are able to install the new gas dryer when they redeliver (they refused to install when they came the first time since they didn't see a shut-off valve). When the work was completed, the installers went through a checklist to make sure the installation was completed properly and the fan coil was operating correctly.
