"I’ve used Drymount Air multiple times for multiple projects. They installed a new water heater, added a humidifier, disconnected and reconnected my air conditioners during a patio installation, put in new smart thermostats and various plumbing jobs. They have always been upfront and honest about what I should and shouldn’t do and given me multiple options. When is used to get multiple estimates, they were typically the lowest, I now don’t even get other estimates. They have always arrived on time, sometimes early squeezing me in during a lunch or between customers. They are courteous and during the pandemic have taken all safety precautions. And lastly came late in an evening to help with an emergency and did what was necessary to get me through the night and came back the next day to finish. They are the first call I would make if I needed anything and would be lost if they were unavailable. I highly recommend!"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

Joe went out of his way to work with us so my mother can get another air conditioner unit. You all are coming next Thursday (20th) to install her unit. "We had our ancient oil-fired boiler replaced with a natural gas, modern unit and separate hot water heater. On the one hand, it seemed like anything that could go wrong, did go wrong. On the other, we are very happy with the end result. The reason for my excellent rating is that this company responded to all of the issues quickly and decently. When a water leak under the house and another issue caused us to be without water (and hot water) for a night, they sent us to a hotel and paid for it. The owner, Andy Anderson, is a stand up guy. The (many!) extra pieces of work that had to be done (some possibly caused by the workers, but equally possibly due to old piping in a 96 year old house) were done at no extra cost to us, because he stands by his company, the quality of work, and cares about his company's reputation. If one guy didn't know how to do something, another was sent to deal with it, and make it right. Andy saw to the final check personally, which meant a lot to us- the end result is a perfectly functioning boiler and hot water heater. We would highly recommend this company and we are very happy."

The guys that showed up were great, very friendly, and ready to answer any questions I had.  They did their work quickly and cleaned up afterwards.  They also got me an extra discount on the repairs.

There were no high pressure sales pitch or scare tactics used.    There was no bait and switch or 'limited time offers'  to push the sale along.

The front office person I dealt with could have made more of an effort.  The day of my repairs, I was called and told the Credit Card Machine was not working, so I would have to pay by check, or my appointment would have to be changed to another day.  I was then called back after several minutes and told that a post-dated check would be acceptable if funds were not currently available.  I understand that the Credit Card System was being changed over, but there should have been some thought put into this before calling anyone.

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"These guys are professional and courteous. We were away during the holidays to come back and found the house was chilled because the switch in the heater did not work. Nathan was kind enough to rush to work after hours to make the heater working in a sub-zero winter night. He also did not take an advantage of the cold winter and over charged us for replacing the switch just only $130.
