"Jim is very knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. He came out a couple of times prior to the work and explained everything very thoroughly, and helped us understand why we had the cold spots we did. We were very impressed with his knowledge, and other companies we called either could not see us in a reasonable time frame or wouldn't service our area. He just did the work today, and we don't have drywall back up yet but we can already tell the difference. They were very punctual, and made sure the area was properly set up before doing the insulation, and then cleaned up when they were done. The spray foam works wonders, and I highly recommend it if you also have areas in your home that could use better insulation. First, we liked that he provided detailed list of what could be done to enhance attic insulation, and the price for each item in it. Second, he suggested not to do insulation right away, but wait and do it after we get our roof tiling renewed. As we found later it was a very good piece of advice. On day of job they arrived early, set up, explained procedures and went to work, It was a 130+yr old house, flat roof with attic height varied from 9in to 29in, but they got to every corner, sealed pipes, air leaks, capped recently installed can lights and packed the attic with insulation, insulated hatch to attic. Amazingly efficient. The walls with voids were insulated. Clean up was perfect. Very knowledgeable, not afraid to discuss with owner and thought on their feet.
