"Excellent service experience. Called on Saturday and scheduled an appointment on Monday (to fit my schedule). Walked through the scheduling process and paid for the labor on-Mass Garage Doors Expert's website. Technician called to give an estimate of arrival time - and arrived about 30 minutes early. Repair took about 30 minutes to replace both springs. Technician was very competent and professional. Will definitely call them again the next time I need a garage door serviced."

"This company is OUTSTANDING! We had damage to the windows in the house we just bought and contacted Jeff to come out and do and estimate. His team responded immeadiately and came out the following day. Paul could not have been nicer, more professional or helpful. He look at the damaged window and was able to ascertain who installed them through a code on the window. Note, none of the other window companies pointed this out. He said that the windows are probably under warranty but if we could not get ahold of the installer we should just replace the glass through a glass company as the windows have another 5 years of shelf life. He said we did not need 16 new windows. I had 3 other quotes and all of them said we needed new windows. It is nice in this day and age to find a company that does the right thing and put integrity and good buisiness before a sale. I would never go to anyone else in the future and recommend them to every one I know."

Basement door also has lock problems: The handle lock and deadbolt lock cannot be locked at the same time due to misalignment. Only one or the other can be used.
Otherwise the doors operate well and look good.

I needed the work done very quickly, and he fit me in within two days of seeing the job. The ceiling was badly stained from a central air conditioning unit that had flooded. It was dried out but a mess. The team put on three coats of oil-based sealer paint, and two coats of ceiling paint. In another room, the walls were damaged with holes and marks. They repaired the walls, matched the paint color and completed the job. They were on time, completed the entire job in 5 hours, and cleaned up beautifully. They were highly professional.
