"ECC installed a new condenser and coil. Tony, who is one of the owners, did the job himself with two assistants. He was very personable, respectful, and thorough in his explanation of the work. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner, the work zone was left in clean condition and the installation itself appears to be very neat and professional. My strong impression is that Tony and his co-owner, Ed, are two highly experienced and professional craftsmen in this business who take pride in their work and I appreciated having the actual owners, not salesmen and crews, developing the proposal and performing the installation. The entire experience, beginning with Lisa at the office, Ed, who developed the proposal, and finally with Tony and his team, was excellent and I will certainly hope to engage them for future HVAC needs."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "Our sales person Mark came out on the first day I called for a free estimate. I previously wrote a review for Christian heating & A/C stating we were not moving forward because our system temporarily functioned after two years of failure. We decided to have our entire A/C, heater, ducts and air humidifier replaced. Christian is on Angie's List but does not list discounts. You don't need a coupon with them. The deal they offered was cheaper than all others on Angie's List and is a far superior energy efficient system with a $350 rebate from PECO. The work was/is outstanding. The installers were great and I'm 100% confident I now have a system that will last a minimum of 20+ years. Most important factor in getting this type of work done is NOT price but the integrity of the installers. I would recommend Christian Heating & A/C to all friends and family. Don't make a mistake and hire someone based on price - you'll end up paying more in the long run coupled with a financial mess."

" I called about 1 pm and he was here, at work, by 5pm!  I have used his services before and I knew he would do an excellent job on a complicated task, but I did not expect immediate service!
He blew out and vacuumed the duct.  He cleaned up all the lint and mess.  Once again, he was extremely pleasant and competently professional.  He tested the dryer and unfortunately, the thermostat apparently had been ruined by a high interior heat.  I will have to call Mr. Tim,  excellent appliance repairman.
Before we began with Keystone, we had been plagued by birds nesting in the dryer vent. The last time he was here, he installed a sturdy cage over the opening and we were pleased to see that no birds had invaded the duct.
He finished the job promptly and noted on the statement that the vent should be cleaned every year.  Now I know just how accurate his prediction is and I will try to get the call in before the dryer has suffered damage.
 I am so pleased with his work, his attitude and his pleasant manner that I can recommend him without reservation   I will continue to rely on his service.

"I called several different vendors to get pricing estimates on replacing my HVAC system.  I shopped for a high efficiency unit for the 2 stage variable heating unit and replacement of our 6 ton AC unit which was all rated at around 9 SEER from the 1990s.  Our air conditioning went out in early August and I didn't want to rush and sign up with the first. 
I first interviewed Horizon and they were the most expensive starting around $15K.  The guy was very nice and then asked what my price was to replace the entire unit. I felt that was unfair and told him I needed to interview several others before making a decision and I am glad I did that.  Green Electric was around $13K for a comparably same unit. Next was Climac for a Trane Unit and they were just under $10K. Christian Plumbing didnt seem that I needed the high efficiency and was going to do the regular for around $10.5K and no real written estimate as I had to take a picture of what he wrote down (dissappointing). Lastly was Omni Heating & Cooling, which I called on a whim since I wasn't sure if Climac was going to come out because of a scheduling issue.  Karis was great and walked thru all the options and prices.  I received a very nice Bryant system for a very reasonable cost.  My home cools very quickly again and I am very satisfied with the work they did. I did have to replace some sheetrock in the basement ceiling, but well worth the cost savings compated with the other vendors.

They did a great job, putting a high efficiency heat pump system upstairs , two minisplits downstairs, and two minisplits in the apartment (the latter was done a year after the initial job) The installation was done very well and all of the systems work great."
