He came out a couple of times prior to the work and explained everything very thoroughly, and helped us understand why we had the cold spots we did. We were very impressed with his knowledge, and other companies we called either could not see us in a reasonable time frame or wouldn't service our area. He just did the work today, and we don't have drywall back up yet but we can already tell the difference. They were very punctual, and made sure the area was properly set up before doing the insulation, and then cleaned up when they were done. "Larry Borski visited me within two days of my request. He used a ladder to check three attic locations and advised me of the current insulation and industry standards. Within 24 hours I received a written proposal, which I accepted. <br /> I asked for installation within the next two weeks and they were able to assist me. The installer was a few minutes early and waited outside so not to wake me. He covered the stairs, closet, hallway, and my clothes with plastic. He wore booties to protect my floors. After the installation he handed me a certificate to prove the type of product blown and the amount. He explained the benefits of this installation as well. Everything was clean when he left, although he said there may be a tiny bit of settlement over the next couple hours, which was natural. I vacuumed, even though I did not see anything. <br /> I would hire Wilkin Insulation again and recommend them to others. "My garage had deteriorated to the point that my neighbors had begun to ask me when would I be getting it repaired.  I called Exterior Remodeling and they came out after the end of the same work day and gave me an estimate of cost and when the job would be scheduled.  I obtained 3 estimates.  Not only was Exterior Remodeling's estimate the most reasonable, but they were the only one who asked questions about how extensive <strong> I</strong> wanted the repairs to be.  Then, when Vince came out to get my signature on the contract, he discovered that for some unknown reason my original builders had installed a double layer of siding, and all he had to do with the siding was rip off the top layer.  Rather than gouge me, since the siding was the least labor intensive work of the entire  project, he lowered the price 35%.  Exterior Remodeling never arrived before my neighbors were up and about, and always left by 5:00.  The quality of their work exceeded what I thought was possible; my garage now has the curb appeal of a new garage.  At the end of the project, the only evidence that they had been there, besides the appearance of my <strong><em>new</em> </strong>garage, was the sawdust from the lumber that had to be cut.  That disappeared with the first breeze.  Over all, working with Exterior Remodeling was a joyful experience.  When was the last time you heard someone describe working with a contractor as joyful? <br />"
