Jeff, the company owner, and his team recently replaced my very old home heating system with a high-efficiency boiler. I placed a request through Home Advisor and received a call back from Jeff the very next morning. Jeff was at the house that evening and spent an hour or more with me explaining my options in detail and answering all of my questions. I inherently knew, from that meeting, that I was dealing with an honest guy. He spoke with pride about his family and that his wife and boys are key to the success of the business. I expressed to Jeff that I was concerned about the safety of my current furnace and wanted to get it done as soon as possible. They made room in their busy schedule and were at my home, ready to go, within a few days. They were clean, neat and caused very little disturbance to me and my family during the install. Jeff and the guys were friendly, polite and conscientious. When the job was done, Jeff took the time to educate us on how the the system works and what to look for. Sandy runs the office and was very helpful with the entire processâ ¦.from scheduling the initial appointment to getting the contract together to helping me through the rebate process. Top notch service. It was just a great experience from beginning to end. You cannot go wrong hiring these guys. They are the best."

He came back Immediately when I had a water gauge issue for my water meter ( installed 7 years ago) and replaced it on the spot. We lost our furnace Heating in the middle of the cold snap, these guys came out and immediately found the replacement system we needed and promptly replaced the next business day. Job completed, who does that..? The owner even called us during the night and offered to bring us a temp heat source if we needed it. Fortunately we did not. We can't say enough about the service. This was important to me because the boiler sits below our family room, and the noise level of the boiler was as issue. His proposals listed several boiler options, based on heating efficiency, which were competitively priced. The installation was run by Steve, who was able to fit in the installation the next week. Steve, and his crews, were punctual and courteous, and the installation went smoothly. It's only been a week, but I am very pleased with my Bosch boiler, the quality of the work, the price paid, and the timeliness of the installation."

"Unique replaced my 20 year old high velocity air handler, condenser, and separate mini-split systems. Overall everything looks and works great! I was impressed by the dedication of their team - working in my attic in 95 degree heat, installing a smart thermostat for me, and even removing/killing a giant wasp nest that was in the eaves! They also accommodated my request to remove the condensers a few weeks before the new install, so I could do some landscaping work. Price was also quite reasonable. Definitely recommend."
