"Durable Remodeling replaced our back porch and stairs almost a year ago. The area underneath the porch is enclosed and used for storage. We began to notice that the door to the storage area was out of alignment and was not closing properly. This may have been caused by the fact that Dean and his crew made structural improvements to the porch during the original job. I called Dean to let him know about this and he asked me to send him a video of the door. I did this and he promised to come out and look at it as soon as possible. True to his word, he texted me when he planned to look at it and a member of his team was there as promised. The door is working perfectly now.
