David worked me into his schedule and came to my home the day I called. He was delightful, did a thorough inspection, and gave me an estimate. Not only that, but David had figured out a way to perform the remediation without installing unsightly pipes either on the inside or outside of the house. This involved him working in a very shallow attic space to run the pipes up through the heating ducts, but he was happy to go the extra mile. On the day of the work, David and his wonderful assistant Ryan arrived on time, and spent the better part of a day installing the system. They were convivial and professional without being the least bit instrusive  - I enjoyed the experience! After the installation, David explained it to me in detail, and left a radon kit so that my buyers could check the new levels. Not suprisingly, my buyers are more than happy with the results. "Mike arrive on time and was very professional. He started immediately with the house by applying cleaning chemical. He took his time and made sure every area was clean before moving on. He let water dry on house and then walked around house to make sure he did not miss anything. House and porches took about 2 hours. Mike then did detached garage the same way. The concrete driveway had not been pressured washed in 15 years and he made it look almost brand new.  He was polite and if we need anything extra done he did it without question. We have already booked him to redo our deck, repair vinyl siding and fix a couple more shingles on our roof.
