"What a great experience! I initially called not realizing I had incomplete information on my heat pump that wasn't working properly. When I was told what they needed to know in order to come out and look at it, they waited to hear back from me rather than nagging me as some companies would. They charge a very reasonable $99 for a diagnostic visit. It turned out the problem was an extremely filthy filter. I was charged $10 for the filter and nothing for the replacement work. I highly recommend them."

I called Tru North at 7:00 AM ET and they were at my house by 8:30 AM ET- talk about customer service- WOW! Just before Tru North arrived the blower started working. JP and Brian looked at my unit and could not find anything wrong except a big hair ball near the blower. They cleaned it up and were totally awesome.
