He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.

"I called Mr. McKinney and spoke with him immediately. He asked where I lived and told me he was close by, would be there within the hour. He arrived at my house in less then 30 minutes. Accessed the problem within 15 minutes of being at my house, actually had a motor for my fan in his van. I also need to tell you that my ac in it is probably 30 yrs old or older. I was totally surprised that he had a motor that would fit my old unit. Gave me the price for fixing it, which was very reasonable compared with other companies , and had my unit up an running within the hour.
