We had a previous company charge us $100 for a call, to only tell us we needed to spend 6k on a new furnace--leaving us cold with a few weeks wait for his services.. My husband called Jay and he was able to fix the furnace for less than $300. The other company only wanted a big sale.. Jay fixed our furnace that day (it is still working), buying us time to save to replace our 20 yr plus furnace..
