"The arrival time agreed on meant very little, and communication about arrival time changes was none.  The tech arrived at her house 30 min-an hour earlier than agreed on for a morning job.  She wasn't going to work anyway, so it turned out OK.  She was happy with the work they did for her.  I think they might have replaced some wheels on her door, but maybe just adjusted and oiled things.

"We used Titan Siding and Windows to replace 9 windows, sliding glass doors, and all of the siding on the back of our house. They were also really considerate about small details like making sure the gate was closed when they left each day so that our dog couldn't get out and cleaning up debris and dirt as the job progressed. Also, Mike the owner- what a great guy! He meticulously inspected the install of all windows, sliding doors, and siding. It's pretty cool to meet someone who takes such pride in his company. I would absolutely work with Titan again. As soon as we're ready to tackle the siding in the front of the house, we will be giving them a call."

"He arrived on time, inspected what needed to be done and set about doing it. He removed the old fan, put the new one together and installed it. It all took about an hour and a half. He cleaned up afterwards and the fan works fine. He was very professional and courteous and I recommend TD Services for any household repairs.

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. We met Jason and M. J. at  Signature Home Improvement's office to discuss further our questions and options.  On a guided tour of their facility and operation site, we were introduced to their staff.  Everyone was friendly, polite, and answered any question we had.  They also had smiles on their faces even when not speaking with us.  It was a congenial atmosphere.  We liked what we saw and what we experienced.  Jason and M. J. offered suggestions and options for the best way to approach our job.   We evaluated our options, made the necessary decisions, and signed a contract that day. 

From that day forward, SHI kept us fully informed of scheduling.  Emily Domasch was our main contact person.  Rather than restaining our cabinets, we chose to have them painted in an off-white with cabinet door and drawer front details highlighted by glazing.  Emily was an enormous help in matching the new paint color to the existing painted finishes in the adjoining open dining room.  She was able to get a duplicate match to the Sherwin-Williams color used in 1997.  Excellent work, Emily.  Due to unavoidable delays from a prior job, our cabinet refinishing job was delayed and had to be rescheduled for 2 1/2 weeks later. Remodel work of any type seems to always have some surprises. During this time, we were kept up-to-date with reports.  Once the painting began, the project moved along on the anticipated work schedule.  All the workers in our home were professional, competent, friendly, courteous, sought our input as needed, cleaned up daily.  Adam, Venturo, Getzael, Amador, Little Carlos, Big Carlos, and all the others are skilled workers who are good at their work and enjoy their job. Phone calls from Heather and Savannah kept us posted daily on what was happening next and who to expect at our home.  If any issue arose, Signature was quick to address and resolve it.  They truly wish to have happy customers; their actions spoke clearly to this fact. 
A couple of weeks after the contract was signed, Emily came to our home with the door samples.  At that time, we learned that
M. J. and Emily Domasch were the new owners of Signature Home Improvement Inc.  We were one of their first customers, and our job was in the midst of some "owner-transition pains".  Emily and M. J. were committed to making everything right, took responsibility for a mistake in communication, and resolved the issue calmly and gracefully to our complete satisfaction.  We can't say enough great things about Emily.  She became our friend and advocate and is an integral part of our delight with their company.  They are awesome owners who will make a great company even better.  We saw evidence of this throughout the process of our job and the walk-through on its completion (Emily performed the final inspection to assure herself that it was all done to her high standards).  One cannot ask for more commitment to please customers than that.
Our refinished kitchen cabinets met all our expectations.  Signature even did some extra little work things so all our cabinets would look new without adding a charge.  Unexpected actions like that also speak loudly to the character of this company's owners.  We were so lucky to find this company, and we saved ourselves from a job we could not have possibly done correctly.  What a waste of time, labor, and money that would have been!  Signature delivered on the quality work at a fair and reasonable price they promised.  They take can pride in that, rightfully so.  We are happy, satisfied customers who would absolutely use them for any future remodel work.  We can say wholeheartedly that everyone should consider them for their contractor on home remodeling.  Our thanks to Emily and M. "I'm not real pleased with them. I kind of given up on them. It has been an ongoing problem for a long time and it's been difficult aligning a time for them to come and visit. The last time I finally got something lined up I had to cancel. I gave up them. I am just going to have to live with the doors that they gave me.
I know that the new doors are more secure than the ones I had before and security was an issue for me. The doors don't really work right. You have to pull pretty hard to get it to open. You should just turn the knob and have it swing open but you don't, you have to give it a jerk to get it off of that sweep, or at least where the sweep is contacting the threshold of the door.
I was trying to buy really good door. I bought a storm door for the front and these French doors for the back. The storm door for the front didn't really sit right. It had a 4 inch gap between it and the threshold and he had to go and find something to fill it but it doesn't seal in anyway at the bottom so it isn't much of a storm door. It has a special glass in it that is very hard to break and it has keys to it but I don't have the keys to it and I don't know how to go about getting keys for it. I have been able to use it for security. Right now it is more of a nusence because when you go in and out, it springs closed faster than you want it to and it ends up hitting your ankles. They either installed a poor process for a lot of money or charged me too much to install.
The owner is a really nice guy. He comes across town and through traffic. He tried to be very helpful. The guy that works for him installing which seemed to be a really thorough type. I got to the point that they had come out so many times for so many different things. I would call and leave messages and they wouldn't get back to me promptly. I really complained to me and told them that I was tired of waiting on them and they started paying more attention to me like they were really going to make things right. It has just been complicated and I don't want to take time off of work to do something like that.

Ray, the owner, came out and made everything right. The product he sells does not have very good service, but Ray stayed on yhem and finally got the replacement parts that made everything work."
