He had rekeyed our house a few years ago and I remember him doing a great job, being punctual, quick, and no-nonsense. Installing replacement windows in an 80 year old house is not an easy job. Chris provided a suggestion for a manufacturer which proved great. "Owner and helper (son?) were on-time and efficient in replacing the worn parts in my twenty year old door.  It now glides open with a gentle push instead of having to be yanked.  They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite in doing the work. 
I thought the $325 was a bit high for this job but I didn't have time to get another quote.  I have since seen their advertisement in the local paper for a "Summer Special" of a Regular Roller Repair for $99 which I believe is more in-line with other vendors.  Although my job did require a track replacement which added a bit more cost and complexity to the job.

We interviewed several contractors before deciding to go with Steve. The reason we selected Steve was his quote was straight forward, easy to understand, a good price, and his great customer satisfaction reviews.  Steve's presentation was personable - he focused on what we wanted to do and what was important to us.
There weren't any hidden charges.  Steve clearly explained what the cost would be, what was included, and what additional materials we were responsible for supplying ie: cabinets, countertop, sink, tub, bathroom fixtures, and tile.
Steve has great resources for his customers to shop at for materials. He saved us money while still getting quality products.  He is very knowledgeable about color, materials, and design - what looks good together and had some great recommendations.
Each worker who came to our home was courteous and respectful.  The work they did was high quality, with great attention paid to details and finish.
Steve and his crew are very professional, honest and trustworthy - they did an excellent job!
