"AC Tech Aaron was highly knowledgeable, amicable and was able to solve an issue that previously caused ARS to replace a newly installed HVC system with another new system, however, Aaron was the one to solve the ongoing issue I had with both current and previous systems. The issue was, the AC simply was not efficient enough to cool my house, reason, the air filters were severely clogged. Solution: Aaron applied a commercial degreaser, then washed both filters, this dissolved an accumulation of over 10 years worth of gunk and soot like dirt. Thanks to Aaron, my AC now is finally running to its full capacity without compromising its efficiency or causing it to overheat or worse, break down. I would recommend ARS to at a minimum inspect and equally clean all AC filters as that would go a long way towards resulting in a far better AC/HVC performance with better efficiency. "Unfortunately there was some additional work that needed to be done to fit the humidifier to our heating system. But Thor put together a good plan and gave us a reasonable quote for the additional work needed. The only negative was that they didn't patch up the holes they made in the drywall when they re-ran the water line. That would have been preferable. But overall, I'm pleased with their professionalism and end work product. I will definitely be calling them again for future work."

"This all started with a request for an estimate for power washing an exterior fence and front and rear decks as well as gutters. Wayne and Earl came to pressure wash our decks and outdoor fence and gutters, and get the surfaces ready to paint. We are more than pleased with the work done, but wait there is more. During the time that Ease was onsite, days before a holiday weekend, our HVAC lost it's cool so to speak. Not to fear because they also specialize in HVAC services, so they were able to rectify the problem and advise us what to do going forward. I think we may have found a go to HVAC and Handyman company that not only does quality work but is also local for us, a win-win in our minds.
