"These guys did my tear-off and re-roof exactly like I wanted it done.  I had several upgrades included in my price, such as 6' Ft of Ice and Water-shield, they introduced me to a synthetic felt versus traditional, installed roof cap vent sand a solar attic fan, gave me shingles rated for hurricane zones, new 3/4" plywood sheathing on garage roof.  This job took them two days and 18 people but they did it fast, correct, and clean......I have no complaints about their staff or there work......Great job. <br /> Mark <br />"

"I called Alliance for quote on encapsulation. They quoted me for 6 mil, but I opted for 12 mil (Alliance did not up-sell me, I wanted 12) so they generated another quote. The price was extremely fair, and so we scheduled the job. Workers came out on time, removed old insulation, filled some cracks, and encapsulated the crawl space. The job was done excellently, and professionally by a great team. Would recommend them highly! Very responsive, no sales gimmicks or up-selling. Just an honest company with hard workers doing a good job."

"I had three different people groups in who came in and gave me an estimate and what might be needed and what they discovered is that for some reason when the house was built 16 years ago, they did not really do adequate insulation.  I did feel very comfortable with Precise & Snug.  They were good about being able to show me pictures.  They showed how it looks up on the attic.  When you are in the process, the told us that they can do this and that and it would cost so much and the final bill was $20,000.  I would not use their service in the future."

"<em>The crew arrived promptly on time on the scheduled date which had been scheduled around work on our AC system, a Space Pak system with distributors and ducts in the attic. The AC system repairs were for some water leaks in the drip ducts which had left a fair amount of water and moisture in the attic. They advised me that adding insulation at this time would not be wise until the moisture was dried out. They went ahead and added the insulation to the other side and then were very helpful in setting up a small fan in the problem area to help dry out the moisture. I contacted Mark as soon as they left to advise him of the situation and we were able to reschedule the remaining</em> <em>section within a week. This allowed more than enough time for the wet areas to dry out, especially with the fan helping to dry things faster. "We built an addition on to our house over 20 years ago. At that time we had a bigger furnace installed to accomodate the bigger house. During that time we have never been happy with the temperature in that room (our bedroom).We even ended up buying a space heater for that room. "We had new tile put in the bathroom, and the flange was broken. We called Sand A. The owner was very responsive and came out the very within 12 hours. He took care of getting the parts and installing the flange. However, the total was $170 - $135 of it was labor, the other was parts. It didn't take that long, so it might be a bit on the high side, but I did not have time to price check due to toilet being not usable."
