"Environment Masters did an excellent job providing me with a new HVAC system. I originally called them for a tuneup. The technician showed me pictures of the repairs that would need to be done. I was put in contact with a sales rep who walked me through potential quality new options for my house. Both employees were clear about the issues but did not pressure me into a decision. I was able to make an informed decision that was best for my family. I chose to have a new system installed. All installation technicians worked diligently and respectfully. The HVAC system looks well put together. Even small details were completed-all trash was cleaned up, pipes were wrapped, and wires were neatly run. They even dropped a water detector into my water heater drain pan beside the HVAC unit at no extra cost to me! I’m a handyman and have to complete small details like this often. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
