",After interviewing several well-known custom builders (several of whom advertise "custom homes on your lot") we were fortunate to have been given the name Potter House Group.  The President of Potter House Group met with us personally and we presented him with a situation that other custom builders who wanted to charge us up to 50% more than Potter House Group. 
Our situation was that lightning struck our custom home and it had to be razed with the exception of the concrete foundation and garage floor. "The job these guys did on our floor could not have been better! They took an extremely difficult situation--a house sitting pretty much right on the dirt, with poorly constructed foundation beams--and left us with solid floors on newly framed in joists, center beams, and other creative reinforcements to our old, and poorly conceived foundation. On top of this they laid laminate, and in particular Joe Crane, Don’s best carpenter, applied his skill and high standards to meticulously install the flooring into off square corners and under trim work and fireplace mantles. I wish I could include pictures because words really can’t describe the incredible job they did. They really transformed the place. These guys are honest, hardworking--a pleasure to have in our home."
