"Beyond my expectation. 08/2020 I had the privilege of meeting Matt Wilson thru Angie's list last year after a very unpleasant experience with the precious a/c cooling company. No sooner did I complete the online information explaining my issues, I received an email from Matt stating he would come to the house that day to help (after 5pm). Matt was very professional and explained what he was doing the whole time, the house was cooling by the time he left (within an hour of him diagnosing the problem). 07/2021 Last nite I found the house was not cooling again and remembered Matt's exceptional service the 1st time, so I sent an email. He sent Bob to the house today. They make an awesome team. Bob was as cordial, kind and professional as Matt was. Problem was quickly found & resolved. To find a company your comfortable to work with and trust is hard to find. I would recommend At Your Service to anyone in need of a/c or heating service. This is definitely a FIVE STAR company. "Excellent!! Brandon was very patient and kind explaining new units and helping us make a decision. He said we could call him anytime, which we have done. He always answers promptly and politely. He even made an extra trip to provide temporary fans and another trip to help us with the thermostat. The installers were timely and swept after they completed the job. We have no complaints. Highly recommend!!"

"I needed to replace a central A/C unit and requested quotes from several contractors. Paul at Polar Bear was very quick to respond and to come out and provide a quote. His quote was significantly lower than all of the other quotes that I received. When I called the other contractors back to let them know that their quote was significantly higher than the best quote that I got, they adjusted their quotes and still were significantly more expensive than Polar Bear. Installation was done promptly, just in time for a heat wave. Overall very satisfied."

"These guys were great! My ac went out on Saturday night and they were able to have a technician at my house with in an hr. He was knowledgeable and offered great customer service! He explained what the issue was (in a way that I could understand) and he gave me options. We ultimately decided to replace the unit. Since it was a Saturday night, we didnâ t expect anything until the next week. However he was able to temporarily get us cooling for the night and they were able to have the on call crew install the new unit Sunday morning! These guys were fantastic, my house is cooler than ever before!! We will recommend them to everyone and they now have a customer for life!! Thank you catalyst air conditioning"
