The next morning, he scheduled his employee Bob to arrive within a 45-minute window. He was punctual and efficient: Within 5 minutes of arrival he diagnosed the issue (bad capacitor on condenser). Within another 10 minutes, he had a replacement in hand, checked to make sure it was covered by warranty, and installed it, then checked to make sure the house was cooling (it was) A paid invoice was in my mail inbox immediately. These two were timely, knowledgable, professional--and frankly, the most efficient workers I've ever had at my home of 20 years."
