I signed a service contract, fairly priced for market. This week, my A/C stopped working during a FL heat wave. He responded within minutes to my text, and gave me helpful tips on things to check. The next morning, he scheduled his employee Bob to arrive within a 45-minute window. He was punctual and efficient: Within 5 minutes of arrival he diagnosed the issue (bad capacitor on condenser). Within another 10 minutes, he had a replacement in hand, checked to make sure it was covered by warranty, and installed it, then checked to make sure the house was cooling (it was) A paid invoice was in my mail inbox immediately. These two were timely, knowledgable, professional--and frankly, the most efficient workers I've ever had at my home of 20 years."

His quote was significantly lower than all of the other quotes that I received. "These guys were great! My ac went out on Saturday night and they were able to have a technician at my house with in an hr. He was knowledgeable and offered great customer service! He explained what the issue was (in a way that I could understand) and he gave me options. We ultimately decided to replace the unit. Since it was a Saturday night, we didnâ t expect anything until the next week. However he was able to temporarily get us cooling for the night and they were able to have the on call crew install the new unit Sunday morning!
