Instead Jake showed up happy, polite and willing to find and solve our issue with in 35 to 40 min. Let me tell you Jake worked on our house for 2 hours solid, determined to fix our problem. Jerry showed up after Jake had been diligently trying everything to offer an extra hand. Both Jerry and Jake then worked an additional hour before finding and fixing our issue. Let me tell you, it was now very close to 2am!!!!!! This customer service, dedication and hard work was appreciated so much! I cannot say enough good things about Jake, Jerry or this company. Very honest, hard working people. Its hard to find this type of buisness nowdays!!!!! If i ever have another issue I will only call and use Liberty Plumbing and Heating. "Unfortunately, I needed an HVAC company to fix my AC during a heat wave. Most companies were 5+ days out before they could even diagnose our problem. Called 3 highly visible companies, from their marketing, who said they wouldn't even work on our unit. I went with a referral from a neighbor, mistake. This company took a week to get to us then the tech went MIA for 5 days with no contact when he said he would be back tomorrow with parts. Won't mention their name as there could have been multiple uncontrollable reasons why. I then did a lot of research on different companies across multiple review websites (including Angies) and Excel Air stood out. Once I spoke to the office staff, great experience, they had a tech out to our home in 2 days with our problem diagnosed. Our tech's name was Lucas who was efficient with his time, talked me through what was going on and gave us our estimate which we were happy to move forward with. Lucas fixed our problem in under 20 minutes. Me being me, I watched each step and saw the quality work. He even put in a fuse to ensure the same problem didn't happen again to our transformer. Once he fixed everything and got our new thermostat power, our AC has been working perfectly ever since. I'm now a really big supporter of Excel Air. Their office staff worked with our insurance company after hours and actually updated us (what company does this these days) the entire way. I can't tell you how impressed I was from their office, Lucas and most of all their successful resolution of our problems with our AC. Thank you Excel Air!"

"On initial inspection, they discovered that our old heat registers were the kind with asbestos (house built in the 60's), so they had to sub out the abatement part of the job. Once abatement was complete, the workers showed up each day at the time they said they would arrive. They were all friendly and professional. They kept everything clean. The took pictures in the attic to show me before, during, and after the work. They explained what they were doing and showed me the new ducting they were installing (quiet ducts) and explained the more "up-to-date" way of putting in the duct work than what we had. After the work was complete, we noted that the furnace ran much quieter (due to new ducting), and it ran WAY less often. The house stayed much warmer while running the furnace much less often. Best of all, our gas bill dropped! Now that we're moving into summer, the house seems to be staying cooler on these warm days. We don't have A/C so we're hoping the new insulation will keep the house cooler as the days continue to warm up. Very happy with the company and all the work they did. I would recommend them!"

"I had three top rated heating and air conditioning contractors bid on the installation of air conditioning to my existing heating system. I wanted a quite and efficient two stage ac unit that would work with the variable speed blower in the heating system. Carini was the only contractor that based their bid on a heat load calculation rather than some rules of thumb that tend to oversize the ac system. Their analysis indicated that I needed a three ton unit. The other contractors said that I needed a four or five ton unit, but the blower in the existing furnace and the ductwork would only support a three ton unit. One of the other contractors no bid the job after I said I was not going to install a new furnace and ductwork. The other bidder said they would install a three ton unit but would not guarantee satisfaction. At this point I didn't know who was right. I then contacted my neighbors with AC and the same model home as I have. They all said that they had 3 ton units and we very satisfied. Based on their results I contracted with Carini Heating and Air Conditioning. The installation was planned for one day but actually took 2 and a half days. The installation itself was done in a day and a half but complications with integrating a 2 stage AC unit with a variable speed furnace from another manufacturer required another day to resolve. To his credit, when Jason Baer the project manager found out about the problems integrating the Bryant AC unit with a York furnace he assigned their lead service technician, Anthony DeCarolis to integrate the two units. After several hour of studying both the ac manual and the furnace manual Anthony was able to achieve the expected performance by a combination of DIP switch and jumper setting in both units and the installation of a two stage thermostat. Although I took a few days longer than planned, I am very happy with the overall performance of Carini and my new air conditioner."
