"Our experience with MA Design and Construction Co was seamless from start to finish. From the initial consult with a project manager to working directly with the owners of the company our front door project was as easy as renovations in your home can go. They were flexible about timing, communicative, and very easy to work with. We initially had our two front doors replaced and ended adding a portico to the front entrance as well. "After calling numerous contractors to try and get a quote on the repair of my master bath shower had been torn out due to mold remediation, Superior Kitchens & Baths was the only company to actually keep their appointment for an in-home estimate.
Within 5 mins of meeting with Jane, I had a good feeling about her and her company. I felt she was straight forward and honest from the beginning and was always available for questions during the installation process which only took about a week once they started. I had a limited budget to work with since this was an unexpected remodel due to the mold I didn't have money set aside specifically for this project and insurance only covered a portion of the costs. Needless to say, Jane was willing and able to work with me and we managed some upgrades such as porcelain tile instead of ceramic, a threshold and 2 soap dishes in each corner which look like Carrara marble.
I'm a DIY kind of guy so I handled the initial demolition and some minor finishing work to the ceiling and walls to keep my costs down where ever possible, but I know my limitations. I couldn't have been more pleased with the resulting shower and the plumbers that were contracted we as nice and professional as Jane and her crew were.
Greg preformed most of the labor on the job and he was like a member of the family. He was super courteous and friendly, and youngest son still asks about him. Greg works non-stop and does an amazing job. I told Jane she needs to give him a raise.
I'm hopeful that we'll be upgrading our guest bath soon with a new mixer valve and re-tile the walls some time in the next year. I know I'll be giving Superior the first right of refusal on the job before I even consider looking elsewhere.
