About Me My name is Don Jeffrey, some of my friends refer to me as Carpenter Don. I own and operate Don Jeffrey Construction here in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Carpentry, Tile and Plumbing repair have been my areas of expertise for many years now. I am a native of Cedar Rapids, Iowa as I graduated from Washington High School in 1981. I have several years vested with Carpenters Union Local #308 as a Journeyman Carpenter working in COMMERCIAL and INDUSTRIAL Businesses During the Mid to late 90's Some of my other Training has Been Through Highly Skilled Contractors in this area. I started working as a Property Maintenance Man in 1989 at different Apartment Complexes in Cedar Rapids. I wanted to learn how to build so I started Stick Framing in 1991 and Things took off from there. I truly understand how frustrating it can be to find someone you can trust to help you with your home or office remodeling projects. Most of my repeat customers don't even bother to ask me how much it will cost. They know that I will tell them the truth about their issue or Remodeling Project.
