On the installation day (raining ) he and his electrician worked all day to complete the project, very respectful of our property and worked efficiently and to a high standard of quality. ( right after this current snow storm -January 2026 .They finished the job very efficiently were neat and clean and they were concerned about my well-being. Both were excellent workers! He came within the scheduled time, descaled the unit. after further inspection, it was determined that some filters within the unit were clogged w/ silt. They were cleaned and the system is up and running beautifully. The compassion given me under the circumstances was greatly appreciated.
