"FAST owner and crew did a wonderful job of bailing me out of an "emergency," unexpected repair. I am very happy with their workmanship and responsiveness to my requests. Thank you!"

"We absolutely loved working with Van Dusen Exteriors, from our first call all the way through the end of the job, everything was outstanding. They were on time for every appointment and the crew showed up each morning like clockwork. The estimates were easily understood, and different products were explained thoroughly. They worked with us as we made our final decisions on products and colors. Cheyenne in the office has been nothing short of fantastic. She is very responsive, even going above and beyond at times. We were hoping to see an example of a house with the siding color we chose, and while Van Dusen had never done job in our color that she could send us to, she went a step further by going to the supplier, who then found 3 addresses for us to go look at. As far as the crew goes, Zack's team was All Star caliber. It was a pleasure to watch them work. Not only do they have great experience and talent, but they also exhibited right in front of my eyes a desire to take extra little steps along the way. It was also nice to see the crew interact with each other, as each of the more seasoned guys seemed to be paired up with an "apprentice" on the ground, not only giving them direction, but helping them learn along the way. During the entire process, debris was constantly being removed from the grounds, all landscaping and windows were properly protected, and of course, all safety equipment was being utilized. Most importantly, they refused to do any roofing work when there was even the threat of rain. Several other houses in our neighborhood were also having roofs replaced the same week, and there were a few downpours that fell on their plywood exposes roofs, but not at our house!!! We cannot recommend Van Dusen Exteriors enough. As we have future exterior home repair/renovation needs, we'll surely be calling them first!!!"

"The installation was efficient and satisfactory; however, I would have appreciated it if the sales rep, when meeting with me at my home and going over the options, would have pointed out that the color of the window frame would not match the color of surrounding wood."

"quality is always excellent. Delivery has always been on time. this is the third time I have used Arkansas wood door"

"We have used JLC on multiple projects and they have gone about and beyond every time. From roof repairs, front entry door replacement, floor repairs, and much more! Always my first call. Very dependable and they do a great job every time."

"I called Green Homes, Home Depot, and Comfort for estimates.  Prices for Green Homes and Home Depot were nearly identical.  Green Homes took more time to explain the features of the windows, show a sample, give considered opinons on options when I requested them, and didn't have extra costs that Home Depot did.  I ended up cancelling the comfort estimate.  I've used them before, and was happy to try someone else.
They came out right away for the final measurement and gave a tentative date for install.  I called a week or so later, and they confirmed the date, which was only about 3 weeks.  Just after 5 on the Friday before the install I realized I never got a confirmation call, and they were closed so I couldn't call.  But no worries, at about 8:30 Monday morning they pulled in.  Jeff, Jeff, and Mark were great all day.  They did the rooms that I needed done first first, and the room that I  needed last last (moving some furniture around).  They got the inside work on the 12 windows, including trim replacement, done day 1.  Day 2 they arrived again about 8:30 and quickly installed the slider door, then began the outside wrapping.  In the pouring rain.  They're due back for about 1/2 day tomorrow to finish the wrapping outside.
The windows seem like very good quality.  They missed the grids on 1 window, but the guys knew it and told me as soon as they arrived on day 1.  They installed the wrong window, and will be back out when the correct one is received.
I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys again for service.

"Eric and Ed were very conscientious workers, keeping us informed as the project progressed. The project was completed on time, on budget and with a thorough clean up. We are very happy with our new bathroom and would recommend First Rate Renovations to our friends."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
