I had an unexpected water heater emergency over the weekend, and Master Plumber Mike Calkins, was responsive, thorough in diagnosing the issue, and prompt in scheduling service. He completed the installation the very next day with exceptional workmanship. He was professional, patient in answering my many questions, and he did not try to up sell unnecessary services or products. His pricing was reasonable and he cleaned up the area thoroughly after the service was completed. I would absolutely hire him again and I wholeheartedly recommend him without reservation.
