"We started beginning of August with the Central AC going out ( but only in downstairs of home). Technician came out and diagnosed issue, we needed major component MOTOR. It had to be ordered. He offered us a window exhaust/ portable AC for some very small relief from August heat to use our kitchen area. The motor was supposed to take a month to come in. Several months passed and another technician called to come put the motor in but it now was noticed we also needed the fan that attaches to the motor, another ordered part. Very Long Story short, in DECEMBER, the actual repair was done but guess what, it would not heat like it should it made wobbly noises and I knew it wasn’t right, the heat never came up to temperature as it was not blowing with any pressure. So I called them again. They finally were giving us there best technician Robert, what a life saver! When he finally diagnosed the computer part of system as being issue as well. This was after we replace all the ductwork in our crawl space. We spent a TON of money on this repair but a replacement would have been more and we are so grateful for Robert being hardworking, respectful, knowledgeable, patient, to stick with this repair that until he showed up at our door was an absolute nightmare. Robert you deserve a HUGE raise."

"I am a 74 yr old disabled Navy Vet who over my lifetime repaired and installed various electrical and electronic devices for family, friends and myself. Now due to my health, I no longer am able to do this, so I am at the mercy of others to fix things. Our blower motor and start/run capacitor went out in a Lennox Propane furnace in February of 2018 and with my son's assistance the repaired was made. In Spring of 2019, I told my son that we needed to replace the start/run capacitor and the contactor as a preventative maint issue before the capacitor went bad and damaged something else. We failed to follow-up, and on an extremely hot and humid day in June, the start/run capacitor failed and my son, who went to school with Travis Byrd, suggested we let him do the work. Really good advice. My son called Travis and he came over very quickly, and quickly confirmed the start/run capacitor had failed. Travis had a heavy duty direct replacement capacitor on his truck and it was Made in the USA. I asked him to also replace the contactor with a heavy duty Made in the USA part. Travis had that part on his truck as well and replaced it. Travis only uses heavy duty American made parts when available. Travis also charges by the job after arriving and not by the hour. His prices per job are much lower than most others per hour prices. Travis did an excellent repair at a very reasonable price using heavy duty American made parts. Travis then checked to see if I needed any refrigerant as a no-cost courtesy and the refrigerant amount was within specs. He explained his Spring/Fall low cost HVAC preventative maintenance program to me and I am going to sign up for that now. Because of Travis and his prompt, friendly, professional customer service HVAC repair, I am now confident that I have found the best company for any future HVAC problems. I highly recommend Travis Byrd for any HVAC repair that you may have."

"I hired GSM Services to replace my A/C unit and furnace with a newer, upgraded system. A few weeks ago Kelly came to my house to give me an estimate for a new heating and air system. He was on time and very professional. He surveyed my existing system, took measurements of my house, and did some calculations to determine exactly what type and capacity system that I would need. He showed and explained to me several options as well as their prices. He wasn’t pushy as he left in order to give me time to review the different options before making my decision. I called the office the next day with my decision and to set up a date and time for installation. Today (May 22) Kyle and Craig showed up on time and were extremely professional as well. They worked from 8:30 to 5:30 completing the replacement of my entire heating/air system. The field team leader also showed up just to ensure that everything was going smoothly.
