"I hired GSM Services to replace my A/C unit and furnace with a newer, upgraded system. A few weeks ago Kelly came to my house to give me an estimate for a new heating and air system. He was on time and very professional. He surveyed my existing system, took measurements of my house, and did some calculations to determine exactly what type and capacity system that I would need. He showed and explained to me several options as well as their prices. He wasn’t pushy as he left in order to give me time to review the different options before making my decision. I called the office the next day with my decision and to set up a date and time for installation. Today (May 22) Kyle and Craig showed up on time and were extremely professional as well. They worked from 8:30 to 5:30 completing the replacement of my entire heating/air system. The field team leader also showed up just to ensure that everything was going smoothly. They were very helpful in answering any questions that I had throughput the day and they took the time to explain to me about the new system after installation was complete (I.e. how to operate the new programmable thermostat). Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely use them again."

He Made a through evaluation and repair of my heat pump. He also did service check on my air conditioning and a second heat pump. "Contacted company 1week prior to arriving at our vacation condo. Appt was kept on time.When I spoke to initial Person in scheduling the appointment there was no talk about a service call fee. When the technician arrived as he was very courteous I was told there was an $89 service call fee even though they did not have the parts to repair or replace the AC cover.I was told it would take 7 to 10 days to order and at that point they would pass on the project. The technician also told me that it felt hot inside the condo as it did feel a little warm I assumed it was normal As it was early in the morning and as the day went on I assumed it would get hotter and I will have to adjust the AC according to the temperature outside. as we have a home warranty with our property I decided to call them and schedule an AC tech to come out which would ve cost me $100. I made the appointment with them which is my home warranty company they came out and showed me that the breaker for the AC was turned off. There went $100.Whether it was intentional or not I was pretty upset as I for sure was not the one who turned it off.🤔 yet the Day before there was never an issue with my AC. I stated to the technician that I was never told about an $89 service call fee, he contacted the owner and they waived it.I then gave the technician a $20 tip and thanked him for his time. And a little upset at the situation but I m glad I was smart enough to know to contact my home warranty company.Would I call them again...NO"

"All I have to say is that Absolute Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning exceeded our expectations on the installation of our new Trane heat pump! Alex was our point of contact, and he was very knowledgeable, and courteous. The installation crew arrived on schedule and impressed us with their expertise! Robert, Courtland and Cody got right to work and took out the old system… and then installed our new heat pump. They were all knowledgeable, friendly and courteous… answering any questions we had! One day! We have cool air tonight! Thanks guys!"

"Customer service is the worst ever. Technicians are great had new Heat Pump installed 3 weeks later AC went out. Two days later finally got tech out found problems with leak in new coil in inside unit. Could not fix because was a factory weld Supposed to replace coil have not heard anything weeks later. Call CS told manager would call me. Still waiting"
