They said the supervisor would come back out and show me pictures of what they had done under there after they got finished. He had some kind of a conflict and he didn’t come. I have to call and ask them to have him come. But I have the number of the man who talked to us at the begging and he is the one who told me always get pictures when somebody finishes, not just when they start. I think he will come or send whoever is supposed to come. I am not worried about that."

"Contacting this organization is a bit nebulous. Their phone system isn't rocket surgery, but it takes some getting used to. Mike (whom I am guessing is the residential project engineer) is a very busy man, but very friendly. Once you're finally able to get his ear, he seems to follow through quite nicely. Sonya (Sonja...forgive me. I don't know how she spells it) was very helpful also. The work itself was very painless, almost non-descript except for the results. Eduardo and Ricky were friendly, hard working, and very respectful, real likable guys. Overall, considering I know virtually nothing about insulation, I'd say they hit a four-bagger on this one. Great job."

"Did not do work, but pricing was competitive with everyone else.  Invoice got lost in junk e-mail, so did not think I ever received invoice, but I found it a month or so after job was completed again.  If\when I have another job will call All Foam and make sure Invoice doesn't get lost in junk e-mail! <br />"

"Mike was quick to respond to my request for quote. Was very knowledgable with all aspects of foam application. The job was in a hard to reach area above the drop ceiling in our basement. He completed the work to my satisfaction and in one day. The overall experience was great. Would hire again. <br />"

"Matt provided us with a very thorough energy assessment. His 24 page report included thermal images of our home showing where energy was escaping. He provided information on the efficiency of our furnaces and air conditioners (we have a finished basement) and our windows. He assessed the performance of our wall, floor and attic insulation and told us where we had air leaks throughout the house. He then offered suggestions about what we might want to do to make our home more energy efficient. We agreed to sign a 2 year agreement for twice annual checks of our two systems for $259.00 total. After the first year we called to schedule our Spring 2012 inspection, only to find out their phone had been disconnected. After a few calls, we found a number for Ross and Whitman Inc. who apparently had bought out Energy Tight and it's customer lists. All ended well as Matt was with the new company and did our inspections for 2012. We have been pleased with Matt's work and will continue with the company as long as he is there. <br />"

"We just had our windows replaced by Apex Energy Solutions. Justin was our sales rep and couldn't have been more helpful. He knows his product and answered all our questions. The install team did a great job and it has given our home a true facelift. They replaced a sliding glass door with three beautiful windows in my breakfast area, and we are so happy with the new look. They were very courteous and careful when they were working inside our home and cleaned everything up and hauled it off. We are looking forward to lower energy bills the future.
