"He was professional and thorough in his diagnostic which allowed me to send the appropriate estimates to the extended warranty company. I will definitely call Yabi Services immediately if I need any additional appliance work. Most vendors wouldn't even come out to diagnose a wine cellar refrigerator but Yabi services had the expertise and attention to service to diagnose."

"5 stars for Cristian and R&J Preventative Maintenance!!! I was very distressed, because my refrigerator stopped working suddenly. I contacted R&J and they sent Cristian to help me. I cannot say enough about him! Not only was he prompt, professional, efficient, and highly effective in the performance of his job, he also took the time to educate me on my refrigerator and how to avoid future problems. Cristian knows what he's doing and was a joy to work with. Kudos to his customer service :) The next time I need support with my appliances, I will definitely be calling R&J again and requesting Cristian!"

"Not only did Felix respond right away, he arrived soon after, immediately diagnosed the problem and promptly repaired my Sub Zero refrigerator. He is incredibly polite and professional. I strongly recommend him and will definitely use his services again in the future."

"The service worked exactly as advertised. My virtual consultation was with Harmond and he was great. He talked me through how the LED lighting system works in these refrigerators, how to purchase the light(s) and how to replace them. It would have cost me $100 just to have a service tech come to my house and even more to fix the issue. For $35 I found it to be a relatively simple repair that I can do myself."

"Ali arrived in time and completed the repair quickly. Will definitely use this service again."

"It was absolutely fantastic!! I could not be happier or more satisfied. I called on Friday, and Frankie said he could come the next day (Saturday!) or on Monday. Monday it was. He knew where to look for solutions and worked on both my refrigerator and stacked washer/dryer. He was tenacious and persistent and would not give up until both appliances were completely and totally FIXED. He didn't charge by the hour, but by the project. And I was more than impressed by the cost. Amazing. I will NEVER look elsewhere for any future appliance repairs. I have such peace of mind as someone who does not know the difference between a gadget and widget--they offer excellent, timely service, honest work, incredible pricing, and they won't quit until the job is done and done right! 5 stars for me. I would give them more if I could."
