I mentioned that I had a friend install a new toilet wax ring but my friend did not have the ability to trim the flange. Scott checked out the toilet, and noticed it was quite wobbly, and told me that this may further damage the flange or influence the slab integrity. "John contacted me within 4 hours of my purchasing this service and was available to schedule within a few days.  He arrived on time and was extremely professional and courteous.  I had already purchased a gas line install kit, but when he found that it was not the correct size he drove it back to Lowe's, returned it onto the credit card I had bought it with, and got a new one.  He went way out of his way.  There were full explanations given, he made sure to not scratch the floors or paint when moving the old one out and new one, and made certain there were no gas leaks via several different tests.  A great guy and I wish him much success in his endeavors!!"

I was always concerned about the germs or respiratory infections he might well have released into the atmosphere of our home. General rule: If you are sick, get into a hot bath and STAY HOME!"
