"I was able to schedule an appt very quickly the initial time and the electrician, Danny, communicated with both myself and my tenant, as it was a rental property and arranged a time to stop by that was good for my tenant. The outlet suddenly started working before Danny arrived so when he got there he explained to me that he just made some minor repairs since he didn't know what to do because it wasn't broken at the time. About 10 days later, my tenant called and said that the outlet malfunctioned again. I contacted the company and explained to the person (whom I assume is the owner or manager) what happened and he contacted Danny and was able to get him out shortly after. Danny said he replaced the breaker for me as well as did some other things, which I was kind of lost due to the jargon. Anyway, they said that there will not be a charge the second time, which I really appreciate. Overall, great communication from both the manager/dispatcher as well as the technician, Danny. And they seem like they really wanted to help me resolve the situation as opposed to milking me for more money. This type of honesty in any business is a rarity nowadays."

The process was pretty smooth, where I submit an estimate/diagnosis and they come back to me with any questions and then approved the repair with me paying the contractor and my reimbursement check mailed to me. I have not received the check yet, but from a previous repair on my refrigerator, I know the check does show up."

"Upright freezer would not get cold. Call for appointment and they could come out the following Monday. They found that there was a leak in a line. The cost to repair the line was a total of $356.75. Parts were $35 but labor was going to be $320. At that price I can buy a new unit and have a warantee. Thought repairing would be more environmental friendly but not at this cost. So I still have a broken freezer and I'm out $79.95 for them to take a look."
