"Super fast, friendly and exceptional service! Every company I called was at least a week or two out to repair our central air unit. Joel was here in 30 min and had it fixed in 10 min. The cost to repair was less than what most companies charge just to come look and diagnose it! Would highly recommend to anyone!"

"They were very accommodating to My time. They called me immediately and arranged to come the next morning on time. The repair man had a challenging time Moving my refrigerator. He worked slowly and steady apologized for taking so long. My refrigerator stopped working he showed me that the compressor was fine. it was the fan needed to be cleaned. Their price was fair and they told me toward the end what the cost would be. I would definitely recommend them and if I need another appliance fixed I would surely call Them refrigerator stopped"

"Paul is very professional and helpful. He's serviced my refrigerator previously and both times he works quickly and fixes the problem. I think the price that the company charges is quite high for this type of service but they were available to fix the dryer problem quickly."

"I went on line and I entered my name and within ten minutes i had a call and had service the next day. I was not here for the repair but my boyfriend was and was pleased with the service and the knowledge."

"They were fantastic. The work was done efficiently, accurately and professionally. He prides himself on giving the best service possible. He was able to give us detailed information regarding our project and walk us through step by step on how it could be completed. He was on time and very neat and clean with his work. Top notch service and work all the way."

"The service person was knowledgeable and on time. I will use them again."

"Only diagnosis was done and money taken and the Third party was more interested in selling to upgrade than repairing the system. Waiting to be repaired in the coming days."

"Have used Mr Appliance in the past but unfortunately they seem to suggest the most costly option to repir instead of trying to fix the one component.  As the tech explained, these days the components can not be purchased separately so its not really their fault.  Ultimately my stylish dryer was not repaired, I purchased an old school, non-pedestal type that is much easier and less costly to service should the need arise in the future."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
